Is it really free?
Yes. Every business gets a free listing with its own page, and it stays free. Hostels and stays never pay at all. Paid plans are optional: Verified Employer (A$49/month, farms and recruiters) and Verified Partner (A$99/month, everyone else) add a verified badge and a higher spot in your category, and farms and recruiters can read the CVs job seekers share. In-app ads are separate and pay as you go.
How do backpackers find me?
Your page shows in the app's directory for your kind of business, and stays and farms also sit on the map. Jobs you post go on the jobs board and to backpackers with matching job alerts. Travellers can message you straight from your page. Want more reach? In-app ads show on screens like home, the farm map, trips and events, and you see every view and click.
How fast is approval?
Ben checks every new business by hand, usually within a day, and we email you the moment you're live. Already listed? Claiming your page is instant: tap the one-time link we send to the email we have on file and it's yours.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from Plan and billing in your dashboard or by emailing Ben. Paid plans start with a free first month, so you can cancel before paying anything. If you cancel partway through a paid month or year, it runs to the end of that period. Your free listing stays live either way.
