Manfo Farm Hand

Position: Farm hand on Mango Farm Location: Acacia Hills, Northern Territory. Start: October 2026 for 4 WEEKS Contract: Casual

We require 50 Shed Hands for work during the mango season. Tasks include packing, grading, sorting and picking as well as general farm labouring duties and cleaning.

The work you will be doing is hard and physically demanding. You must be physically capable of working on your feet for long periods at a time and be able to cope with repetitive manual labouring work.

You can expect to work up to 40 hours per week.

If you have not worked 3 months in horticulture in Australia, you will be paid $25.74 per hour plus a casual loading of $6.44 bringing your total pay rate to $32.18 per hour for the first 3 months of employment in horticulture.?? You will then progress to Level 2 upon completing 3 months experience in the role. Level 2 pay rate (including casual loading) is $33.05 per hour. Hourly rate for Levels 1 and 2 are calculated prior to any taxes and statutory deductions. The casual loading percentage is 25%.
