Farm Worker

ADDEX are seeking 5 Fulltime workers to perform general farm duties from October 2026 in the Tablelands, Mareeba and Dimbulah area.

Duties include but not limited to, picking, packing, operating, pruning, de suckering and general labour at numerous farms in Far North Queensland for grapes, berries, limes, lemons, mandarins, grapefruits, passionfruit, pawpaw, dragon fruit, potatoes and bananas. We are seeking Full time employees for various jobs who will be paid in accordance with the nominated current Horticultural Award Rate. Work times vary between farms, but general start times are between 6:30am-7am and finish between 3:30pm-5pm. Expected commencement is between October - November 2026 in the Tablelands, Mareeba and Dimbulah area. Contracts vary between 1-4 years. Work is physical and mostly outdoors in hot, humid temperatures. Employees must be physically fit, no previous injuries which could affect work performance, punctual and motivated. Successful candidates may also gain the opportunity to learn and acquired additional skills during their employment. Candidates must be motivated and willing to learn quickly.
